Scrum Master
We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to guide agile teams working on digital product delivery and ERP/CRM transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more
- functional development teams - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups)
- Promote continuous improvement and remove delivery blockers
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog
- Track team velocity, report KPIs, and manage sprint delivery
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, roles, and responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong background in IT, ideally with experience in ERP, CRM, or custom digital solutions
- Scrum Master certification (e. g. , PSM I/II, CSM) is mandatory
- Experience in coaching teams and leading Agile transformations
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
