We are looking for a Scrum Master for a hybrid project based in Porto or Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or financial services industry.
• A certification in Agile methodologies (e. g. , Certified Scrum
  Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with
  - on experience applying them in complex environments.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members effectively.
• Experience working in an international environment and ability to manage virtual teams across different time zones.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining a focus on team success.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e. g. , JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Good level of French is a big plus.
