? What Are We Looking For?

✅ Strong/Master knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and servant leadership !!

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills !!

✅ Ability to foster agile values across
- functional teams

✅ Experience managing conflict resolution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery

✅ Strong knowledge of tools like Jira, MS Office, and Sonar
Qube

✅ Ability to help teams implement agile changes effectively

✅ French and English fluency (C1) !!
