What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;

Strong experience as a Scrum Master within Agile teams;

Profound understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices;

Previous experience within the Data area is highly valued;

Certified in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e. g. , PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP);

Experience working in a scaled agile environment is highly valued;

Proficiency with Azure Dev
Ops (mandatory);

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar tools is a plus;

Experience leveraging Agile performance metrics (e. g. , Burndown, Burnup, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Impediment Resolution Time);

Knowledge of facilitation tools such as Miro or Whiteboard;

Strong mediation and conflict resolution skills to foster team psychological safety;

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities;

Strong written and oral communication skills in English (B2 or above);

Residency in Portugal (candidates based outside Portugal won’t be considered).

What will you do?

Collaborate with Product Owners to define product goals, prioritize backlogs, and manage dependencies, roadmaps, and reporting;

Train, mentor, and support Data teams in adopting Agile values and practices;

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily
- ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) ensuring they are productive and
- boxed;

Coach teams to continuously improve processes, foster collaboration, and achieve desired outcomes;

Create a culture of openness and psychological safety within the teams;

Identify and proactively resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies that block progress;

Monitor progress and performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives;

Facilitate effective collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters;

Work closely with project and product teams to focus on delivering business value, not just software delivery.
