Location & Work Model: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates must already be living in Portugal.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and proactive Scrum Master to ensure agile practices are effectively implemented within
- functional teams working in legacy environments.

Responsibilities

While specific tasks may vary by project, a Scrum Master in our organization will:

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams to adopt Scrum, Agile, and SAFe practices.
• Identify and eliminate impediments and manage conflict.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain healthy team dynamics.
• Act as a bridge between teams, stakeholders, and product owners.
• Document progress and deliver transparent metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to coach and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in environments involving COBOL, mainframe, or legacy applications.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev
  Ops, or similar.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
