As a Scrum Master, you'll be the linchpin in guiding our team through successful sprints, ensuring our adherence to Scrum principles while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll act as a facilitator, coach, and communicator, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse stakeholders on different geographies. Your role is critical in driving the team's success in delivering innovative payment solutions. As a Scrum master you can expect to do :

• Agile Leadership: Champion agile practices by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring effective team engagement.
• Communication & Facilitation: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the Scrum team and between the team and external stakeholders. Act as a key enabler for discussions, ensuring all voices are heard, and that alignment is achieved, particularly when engaging with stakeholders who communicate in Portuguese, English, or French. Possess the ability to guide and support the team in directly receiving and understanding requirements from the Product Owner, stepping in to assist when additional clarification is needed or when engaging with diverse interlocutors.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize workflows, addressing impediments to enhance team performance and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external interlocutors to ensure project objectives and timelines are met, fostering productive relationships.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Educate and inspire the team in agile methodologies, encouraging self‑organization and accountability.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize agile metrics to monitor progress and drive informed decision‑making, continuously enhancing team productivity and product quality.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek a seasoned Scrum Master who can demonstrate the following essential qualifications and abilities:

• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar advanced certification preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master, with
  - world experience in leading agile teams.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across varied cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Agile Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms that support agile project management.

Additionally, the following qualifications and abilities would be highly advantageous:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese (level C1).
• Experience: Background in the financial services industry, especially with SEPA payments.
