Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Coach and mentor teams to enhance Agile adoption continuously.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify and eliminate impediments to optimize team performance.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and
  - solving skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Hybrid model: 3 days per week in Lisbon
