Scrum Master Senior (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead - Scrum Master certified - Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban) - Agile Estimating & Planning - Scrum ceremonies and artifacts - Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:

Automated Testing techniques o
Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment o
Test Driven Development - Metrics:

Velocity vs Productivity - Tools:

Jira/Confluence - Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value - Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related - Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile,
- organized and to be at their best - Great communication, analysis and listening skills - Software Craftsmanship’s - English proficiency should be at least B2 level Soft skills - Good communication - Team spirit - Proactivity - Time management What we can offer:
