Role Description: We are currently strengthening our team for one of our clients with the following profile:

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum five years in project delivery roles, including extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master (minimum 2 years), with experience in SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks preferred.
• University/Postgraduate degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Desirable certifications: Advanced Scrum Master (e. g. , PSM II, A-CSM, SSM), familiarity with Management 3. 0, KMP, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC.
• Proficiency with agile tools and frameworks such as Jira, Big Picture, Confluence, X-ray, Miro, Kanban, Design Thinking, metrics, and team facilitation.
• Basic understanding of agile delivery methods, including CI/CD, XP, TDD, and BDD. Knowledge of IT budgeting and Business Case preparation is a plus.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
