Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team.

Key tasks & activities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily
  - ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor the development team on agile practices and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework
• Remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog
• Track and monitor team velocity and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help the team evolve their agile practices

Requirements

• Proven +5 years of experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to facilitate and mediate team discussions and conflict resolution
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience with PMO project management
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
• Effective or B2B contract, it's up to you
• Hybrid work (3x per week in the office)
• Continuing education and professional development

Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master with:

• Proven experience in project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies (Jira required)
• Strong ability to identify and remove blocking points, ensuring delivery and timeline adherence
• Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies, daily meetings, and quarterly PI planning
• Solid IT background, including ETL processes and relational database knowledge
• Excellent communication skills to ensure clear reporting and stakeholder alignment
• High level of autonomy, organization, and
  - solving mindset
• English at C level (mandatory), Portuguese fluency, and French as a plus
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in complex, international environments.
