• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) in French and/or English;
• Support the development team in adopting agile practices and continuous process improvement;
• Remove impediments and help the team achieve sprint goals;
• Collaborate with French-speaking Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities;
• Monitor team performance metrics and promote corrective actions when necessary;
• Foster an agile culture and effective communication across multicultural teams;
• Ensure compliance with Scrum standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments;
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred;
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and good command of English;
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
• Experience in removing impediments and resolving team conflicts;
• Knowledge of agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar);
