Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) in French and/or English;

Support the development team in adopting agile practices and continuous process improvement;

Remove impediments and help the team achieve sprint goals;

Collaborate with French-speaking Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities;

Monitor team performance metrics and promote corrective actions when necessary;

Foster an agile culture and effective communication across multicultural teams;

Ensure compliance with Scrum standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments;

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred;

Fluency in French (mandatory) and good command of English;

Excellent communication and facilitation skills;

Experience in removing impediments and resolving team conflicts;

Knowledge of agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar);
