For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
• A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
• Strong communication with stakeholders
• Previous experience with coaching teams
• Professional experience working with Agile tools, such as: Jira & Confluence
• Background in the Financial Services Industry (SEPA payments) (nice to have)
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory (B2)
• Available for a Hybrid work model 2 x week in Porto or Lisbon
