We are looking for a Scrum Master with spoken French who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other key meetings.
• Schedule and oversee all key steps of the Scrum methodology.
• Ensure the effective application of Scrum methodology and assist the squad in overcoming challenges.
• Foster a healthy team dynamic by supporting squad members, ensuring respect for priorities and scope.
• Lead squad efforts toward continuous improvement and optimize team output.
• Identify and resolve barriers, proactively addressing challenges to ensure the squad remains focused on goals.
• Assist the team in delivering work aligned with the Definition of Done (Do
  D) and managing the Sprint Backlog.
• Facilitate communication and information exchange with internal and external stakeholders, while shielding the squad from unexpected work inflow.
• Track and report team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress monitoring.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role and at least 5 years of professional experience.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in agile reporting and tracking tools (e. G. , Rally, Jira).
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (e. G. , Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluent English and good spoken French

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working within an
  - focused environment.
• Familiarity with the banking sector.
• Capability to work in an Agile Way of Working.
