? Ideal Profile:

• Background in software engineering or development (this is essential)
• At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certification is required
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Skilled in Agile planning and estimation
• Confident in leading Scrum rituals and managing artifacts
• Familiar with engineering practices like CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing
• Able to interpret and work with agile metrics (e. g. , velocity, productivity)
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Supports Product Owners in backlog refinement and value delivery
• Proactive in removing blockers—whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal
• Brings a coaching mindset to help teams evolve and
  - organize
• Previous development experience is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and active listening skills
• Familiarity with Software Craftsmanship principles
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above) ? ?
