Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, present in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Porto and are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems. What we are looking for:

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in front‑end development, QA, UX, or digital project management
• Experience coordinating technical and business teams, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality audits and reports
• Experience translating technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams
• Ability to lead and support a small team (2–3 people) in their day‑to‑day work
• IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or ADS) will be valued
• Capacity to act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring alignment between needs and deliverables
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2. 2, RGAA) and assistive technologies is a plus
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) and engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and structured mindset
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor accessibility audit activities
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in French and English – minimum B2
