We're looking for a driven
SDR / Cold Caller
to help us book qualified meetings with founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders.
What We Offer
We set you up for success. We use Titan
X and make up to 25% connect rates.
This means speaking with the right prospects, having 12–25 quality conversations per day, booking 1–4 meetings daily, and working within a funnel that consistently performs:
- 90% of booked meetings actually hold
- 35% convert into a paid pilot or project
Your Role
- Research and qualify prospects (we provide lists, ICP, and tools — you focus on the individual details).
- Cold call & email prospects with clarity and confidence.
- Handle objections naturally; spot real interest vs.
- offs. - Book meetings directly on our calendar.
- Keep CRM notes clean and organized.
What We're NOT Looking For
- Beginners without any outbound sales experience.
- Script-readers who can't improvise.
- Rambling or pushy callers.
- People who count "send me an email" as success.
- People who skip research and can't personalize.
Requirements
- Proven SDR / outbound sales experience (bonus if in Saa
S, agencies, or CRO). - Excellent spoken English with a confident, natural tone.
- Ability to personalize outreach (not
- cutter pitches). - Comfortable with dialing tools and spreadsheets.
Compensation
- Base:
$700–$1, 000 - Per meeting:
$25–$50 - Per closed deal:
$500
Earnings Examples
- 20 meetings/month
→ $1, 200–$2, 500 total per month (≈ $14, 400–$30, 000 per year) - 80 meetings/month
→ $3, 700–$6, 500 total per month (≈ $44, 400–$78, 000 per year)
