Sdr Team Lead
We are seeking an energetic and results oriented Sales Manager to lead the EMEA Sales Development Representatives (SDR) outbound team. In this role you will drive sales growth, shape, build, and lead a best in class SDR function. You will be tasked with acquiring new enterprise accounts and expanding existing business to contribute to revenue and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take strategic ownership of the entire SDR new business channel, with the freedom to define and implement your vision for success
- Lead, motivate and develop a high performing sales team. Provide coaching, mentorship and ongoing training to ensure the teams success.
- Design and execute a data driven outbound strategy.
- Create a collaborative culture.
- Partner with internal teams, such as sales and marketing to create a seamless alignment on messaging and campaigns.
- Track performance and coach for success using KPIs to exceed targets.
- Forecast pipeline.
- Act as a strategic leader.
About You
- 5+ years experience in SDR roles, including at least 2 years significant experience as an SDR manager.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading SDR teams in the technology or Saa
S sector, with clear evidence of delivering results. - Strong strategic, operational, and leadership skills;
able to design and execute end to end SDR processes and drive continuous improvement - Data driven, with a deep understanding of sales technology, lead generation best practices, and performance analytics
- Highly driven, resilient, and self starting, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, energetic, and able to build a positive, high performance team culture
- Ambitious, innovative, and eager to take full ownership of the SDR channel, making a tangible impact on business growth

- A competitive basic salary of €51, 000
- Additional OTE/commission
