We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong focus on AI-driven search to own and evolve our organic search strategy. This role is responsible for SEO strategy, guidance, and performance, ensuring strong visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. The SEO Specialist works closely with the Website Manager, Content, Performance Marketing, and Engineering teams, providing SEO requirements, insights, and recommendations. Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy- Define and own the SEO and AI-search strategy aligned with business
- Identify opportunities and risks related to AI Overviews, conversational search, and
- based
- Drive
- based and semantic SEO to strengthen topical authority and E-E-A-T- Translate SEO insights into clear requirements and recommendations for the Website Manager and content teams
Technical SEO (Strategy & Advisory)- Conduct technical SEO audits and ongoing health
- Define SEO requirements for indexing, crawlability, site structure, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and structured
- Review planned website changes and releases from an SEO impact
- Partner with the Website Manager to ensure SEO considerations are included in roadmaps and prioritisation
Content & AI-Driven SEO- Define SEO-led content strategies based on search intent, topics, and
- Create SEO guidelines and briefs for optimised,
- driven
- Optimise content for AI summaries, featured answers,
- tail discovery & SERP- Leverage SEO tools to scale keyword research, topic clustering, content optimisation, and internal/external linking
Performance, Reporting & Collaboration- Own organic search performance tracking (rankings, traffic, visibility, conversions)- Build clear reports and dashboards to communicate impact and
- Stay ahead of Google updates, AI search trends, and SEO best
- Support international SEO strategies where applicable
Requirements
Must Have- 3+ years of
- on experience in SEO (in-house or agency)- Strong foundation in technical SEO (advisory level)- Proven track record of improving organic visibility and
- Practical experience using AI tools for SEO
- Understanding of semantic search, entities, topical authority, and E-E-A-T- Experience with SEO and analytics tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog)- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have- Master’s degree or advanced certifications in Digital Marketing, Management or similar. - Experience optimising for AI Overviews / answer
- Knowledge of structured data and knowledge
- Experience with Java
Script-heavy websites (React, SPAs)- B2B, Saa
S, or technology industry
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO and
