- oriented professional to take on the role of Second-Hand Luxury Fashion Product Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the
- owned luxury fashion market, combined with experience in marketing and design, to shape our product offering and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision for Second-Hand Luxury Fashion:
- Define and implement the product strategy for the
- hand luxury fashion category, aligned with My
Private
Boutique's business objectives. - Identify market trends, analyze the competition and customer needs in the
- owned luxury segment to identify new product opportunities and collections. - Define the product assortment, selection criteria, authentication processes, and condition assessment for
- hand luxury items. - Monitor product performance, analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to optimize the offering and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing & Content Focused on Luxury Products:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on luxury fashion products, including promotions, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create compelling and informative content (product descriptions, visuals) that highlights the value, history, and uniqueness of the items.
- Define the visual presentation strategy of products on the online platform, ensuring a premium and intuitive shopping experience.
- Collaborate on the creation of style guides, editorials, and other content initiatives that educate and inspire customers about luxury fashion.
Design & Customer Experience for the Second-Hand Offering:
- Contribute to the optimization of the user experience in discovering, viewing, and purchasing luxury fashion products on the platform.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to ensure the presentation of products is visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the expectations of the luxury market.
- Create visuals and visual content for product listings, ensuring accurate representation and highlighting key features of the items.
- Participate in defining platform features and improvements that enhance the shopping experience (e. g. , advanced filters, detailed views, authentication information).
- Ensure brand consistency and the quality of product presentation across all customer touchpoints.
Desired Attributes:
- Deep knowledge and passion for the luxury fashion market, including brands, trends, authentication, and condition assessment.
- Second-hand market knowledge (nice to have).
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the fashion or
- commerce sector. - Solid understanding of marketing, including content strategies, SEO, social media, and email marketing, with a focus on luxury products.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and their application in online product presentation.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strong organizational,
- management, and prioritization skills. - Proactive, autonomous, and
- oriented. - Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools,
- commerce platforms, and project management software.
