In this role within the Group Security SAS Solution Analysis & Advisory team at Nokia, you will conduct security assessments, audits, and advisory services to enhance cyber defenses across IT and business functions. You will translate security strategies into actionable requirements, support compliance with security policies, and advise on best practices for protecting critical assets. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you detect security flaws and recommend innovative solutions for safeguarding Nokia’s infrastructure. With a focus on proactive assessments and emerging AI technologies, you will play a key role in maintaining a robust security posture throughout the organization.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Conduct security assessments and audits for IT and business solutions, ensuring a secure by design approach.
- Translate security strategies into actionable requirements and operational guidelines.
- Provide consulting and advisory support to Nokia IT and Business Groups to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Support teams in best practices for protecting Nokia's critical assets and data during supplier negotiations and acquisitions.
- Act as a Trusted Security Advisor, guiding stakeholders across various security domains.
- Detect and recommend solutions for security flaws in existing digital solutions through proactive assessments.
- Define and implement innovative security solutions within Nokia’s Corporate Infrastructure.
- Stay updated on AI developments and their implications for Nokia's security posture.
Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have:
- Solid technical expertise in cyber security domains such as endpoint security and cloud security.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of public cloud solutions in
- cloud environments. - Practical experience in vulnerability testing and remediation definition.
- Proficiency in English, enabling clear communication across teams.
Nice-To-Have:
- Degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Cyber security certifications like CISSP or CCSP.
- Ability to convey technical security concepts to
- technical audiences. - Hands‑on AI skills, including experience with Prompt Engineering or LLM.
- Understanding of how technology can drive positive business transformation.
