We are looking for Security Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

We expect the Security Engineer to:

• Evaluate security strategies and technical implementations.
• Gather system requirements in collaboration with application architects, systems engineers, and CISO.
• Manage security operations, monitoring, threat analysis, alert setup, and incident investigation.
• Discover and develop security service offerings.
• Create technical solutions and security tools to mitigate vulnerabilities, automate tasks, and prevent issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and guidelines.
• Maintain rapid and comprehensive awareness of security incidents.
• Conduct security assessments on new and existing products to identify vulnerabilities.
• Provide security guidance on new products, technologies, and architecture proposals.
• Drive internal security and privacy initiatives.
• Communicate with vendors regarding security and vulnerabilities.
• Configure and administer security products and tools.
• Analyze security alerts and prepare escalation guidelines.
• Respond to security incidents and perform
  - mortem analyses.
• Assess security policies and perform audits.
• Collaborate with teams to secure cloud and
  - premise deployments.
• Develop automated security auditing and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience with security alarm setup, review, and analysis.
• Experience administering security tools.
• Understanding of networking, IP addressing, and security standards.
• Logical approach to issue resolution.
• Willingness to learn, suggest, and implement new solutions.
• Experience with security event monitoring tools.
• Building security incident management and forensics capabilities.
• Managing access controls and identity management with infrastructure teams.
• Running vulnerability management tools and applying remediations.
• Detecting and responding to security incidents.
• Evaluating security trends, advisories, and vulnerabilities.
• Developing internal tooling for security operations.
• Performing security testing and managing
  - party penetration tests.
• Acting as incident manager during major security events.
• Collaborating on security policies with infrastructure teams.
• Implementing security automation and orchestration.
• Experience in hardening Cloud, Linux, and Network environments.
• Familiarity with compliance standards like SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR.
• AWS Security Certification.
• Mentoring other security engineers.
• Scripting, coding, automation, and CI/CD experience.
• Hands-on Linux OS skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
