We are recruiting a Security Operations Specialist (SIEM) to join an international technology project within the financial services (Permanent Recruitment).

This role is focused on the operation and maintenance of a
- scale SIEM environment, supporting security monitoring and logging across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a SIEM platform (IBM QRadar or similar)

• Monitor and manage a high volume of log sources, ensuring data quality and availability

• Integrate new log sources and troubleshoot operational issues

• Support Linux-based systems and centralized logging services

• Develop basic automation scripts (Python, Bash or Perl)

• Participate in
- call rotations

Key requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Security Operations / SIEM

• Hands-on experience with IBM QRadar or equivalent SIEM tools

• Good knowledge of Linux and scripting

• Professional English skills

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously
