We're seeking an experienced Sec
Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of robust security measures while optimizing Dev
Ops processes and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement information security training and awareness programs, including security exercises

- Support and optimize Dev
Ops CI/CD infrastructure and toolchain

- Define and implement Security by Design measures, including diagrams and processes

- Contribute to and enhance the organizational security and risk culture

- Develop and maintain the reporting framework for
- related committees

- Monitor and follow up on identified risks and necessary actions to improve the local information security framework - Contribute to the Group's information security control framework

- Investigate and analyze security alerts and incidents

- Optimize support processes and implement automation tools to reduce support tasks

- Participate in planning and
- on implementation of security measures

- Meet project commitments and deliverables

- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support

- Produce and maintain documentation (procedures, knowledge articles, diagrams)

Required Technical Skills and Experience:

- Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant area

- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure Management (Windows and Linux)

- Strong background in one of the following:

Dev
Ops for Cloud Solutions, CI/CD, Automation, or System Administration

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Ansible, Shell, etc. )

- Knowledge of cloud technologies

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:

- Relevant security certifications (e. G. , CISSP, CEH, OSCP) are a plus

- Dev
Ops or cloud certifications (e. G. , AWS, Azure, GCP) are beneficial

Soft Skills and Personal Qualities:

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

- Proactive and dynamic approach to

- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and Portuguese (B2-C1 level)

- Ability to work effectively in a
