Security Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager.
The perfect fit will drive key strategic cyber security projects in Continental Europe & lead project’s remediation of security challenges
- premises and in the Cloud and raise the countries compliance to security policies in a top tier Retail company.
The missions of the Cyber Security Project Manager are to:
- Review countries’ IT security remediation projects /roadmaps and align with the Cyber Security Regional team to have the projects align with the Regional roadmap.
- Define technical and functional security
- requisites in key IT security projects, in line with IT and information security strategies, notably regarding digital identities, cloud integration and data technical platform. - Develop and implement entities project plans aligned with local entities security roadmaps.
- Define business objectives, timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Drive day to day execution of the assigned stream, overall integration process, to ensure activity plans remain relevant and are being executed effectively.
- Prepare project status reports, conduct regular meetings on progress, financial aspects, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
- Setup with the Regional team and the PMs in charge of the other regional program streams, appropriate Program/project reporting & KPI’s to senior management.
- Leverage on regional and group internal technical security expertise across multiple technologies & platforms.
- Contribute to the definition of the security best practices, security governance and processes
- Support entities in deploying security solutions taking into account business requirements (internal business owners, clients, internal control, internal audit, external auditors, …)
The candidate should have:
- BS in Computer Science or Information Security, MS in Computer Science or Information Security is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Security Project Management
- 4+ years of experience in Compliance or Audit
- Leads technical security projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development, implementation, coordination and
- over to Operations - Knowledge of identity management and enterprise architecture.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability management, Security Education, Security Operations.
- Knowledge of Application Security fundamentals.
- Knowledge of IT risk methodologies (ISO27005, NIST, CIS or RMF) and related laws and regulations
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies.
- Information Security Certification is a plus: ISO 27001, CISSP or CISM.
- Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI/PMP/PMBOK)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to convince, and interact with people at all levels of the IS&T organization, including senior management.
- Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
