Job Description

The Groupe BPCE DSG provides the second line of defense (Lo
D2) for IT risks, business continuity, staff safety, premises security, and external fraud. It oversees all Group entities, including retail banks and global banking operations. The TRM Center of Expertise (CE TRM) coordinates Lo
D2 operations related to Technology Risks Management (TRM). The G-TRM team at Natixis Portugal manages operational controls for all entities under CE TRM, focusing on security controls and policies.

Your role within the Security Design & Delivery team involves supporting the CE TRM in Paris by performing Security by Design activities.

Main Tasks and Goals

• Owning security architecture deliverables within SI’s cloud Center of Excellence strategy.
• Developing technical standards within the security roadmap, collaborating with Security Operations and Leadership.
• Providing technical expertise to support the risk management framework.
• Driving security by design across business lines, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Assessing business requirements to select appropriate security controls.
• Advising on security solutions, analyzing technical alternatives, and identifying vulnerabilities.

What We Require Of You

• Strong background in the security landscape with senior technical experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud security controls, especially in AWS and MS Azure.
• Skills in
  - benefit analysis of security tools and secure software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Iaa
  S, Saa
  S, and Cloud services.
• Project management competency for technical projects.

You will collaborate with various
- line teams (Security, Legal, Business Continuity, Data Privacy) and other IT departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years managing IT Risks and Security by Design.
• Experience with Risk Heat
  Map, Penetration Tests, and Audits.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Drive (Archer), MS Excel, Power
  BI, Splunk.
• Security or IS audit certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of banking and insurance sectors preferred.
