Salary- €90K- €95K base + bonus + pension + healthcare

Security Specialist will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Cyber and information security strategy.

Responsibilities:

Security leadership is the top priority

Strong Security programme management skills

Should have experience in delivering NIST compliance

Define and drive the Cyber & Information Security agenda in alignment with the company’s risk management strategy.

Develop and maintain the
- wide cybersecurity roadmap, policies, and standards.

Deliver an ISMS, Risk Management, Security Operations, manage SOC and incident response capability

Requirements:
-

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM are required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security.

Proven background in cybersecurity, with 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
