As a Seller Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site), you will support our client’s social media operations, manage buyer/seller/customer/creator inquiries, and actively participate in service improvements. Your key responsibilities include:

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, or creators, such as checking order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to our client according to the MSA and SOW.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality throughout the case journey and providing regular updates across touch points.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve Best in Class productivity, impact resolution times for end customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written French (C1).
• Fluent verbal and written English (B2).
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support, including telesales, account management, or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce.
• Experience working in a call center (voice and non‑voice) and the service industry.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Familiarity with social media product usage and basic digital advertising knowledge.
