Seller Support Specialist (Spanish-speaking) - Global
- Commerce at Concentrix. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site).

What You Will Do In This Role

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators (e. g. , checking order and logistics status).
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client in accordance with the MSA and SOW on knowledge base.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality through the case journey and providing regular updates across touchpoints.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve
  -
  - class productivity and timely resolution for end customers.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken, C1).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, B2).
• Minimum education: college degree or equivalent diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support, with at least 1 year in telesales, account management, or customer success roles (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce.
• Experience in call center environments (voice and
  - voice) and service industry.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with social media product usage and basic understanding of digital advertising.
