Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in
  - end development, QA, UX, or accessibility.
• Proven knowledge with WCAG 2. 2 and/or RGAA.
• Solid understanding of assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, contrast tools).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate a small team.
• English and French level of B2 or higher
• Availability to work in a hybrid model of 2x a week in the office in Porto.
