About The Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team at Pleo in Berlin or Munich. In this role, you’ll help drive new business by selling Pleo’s all‑in‑one spend solution, and you’ll be part of scaling our presence in the DACH market as we scale Pleo’s Saa
S platform. If you’re excited about owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to closing the deal, this is the opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals with new clients
- Achieve new business revenue targets by building strong customer relationships
- Work closely with our SDR team on generating a healthy pipeline, and also execute your own self generated outbound strategy
- Deliver amazing product demos that showcase the value of Pleo’s solution
- Become an expert on expense management and identify opportunities for upselling new features to your existing client base
What you bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Fluency in German and complete fluency in English (our company language)
- A proven personal track record in outbound Saa
S sales, ideally from an outbound Account Executive position - Strong experience closing deals and leveraging effective objection handling
- A track record of successfully working to sales quotas and targets, with experience generating pipeline via
- generated outbound strategy - Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
- Knowledge of closing deals
- Comprehensive understanding of how best to use our CRM (Hub
Spot) to manage a healthy business pipeline - Great rapport building and confident presentation skills for acing those demos

You’ll report to our Sales Manager DACH and work closely with SDRs, Marketing and Customer success teams. Our sales team is highly collaborative, curious and dedicated to revolutionising spend management. You-'ll also have the chance to partner with teams across Product to ensure success.
