What you''ll do
- You''ll develop our market (Germany) by acquiring customers, identifying
- makers, creating proposals, and conducting meetings. - You''ll qualify and understand your customers''
- critical problems, challenge conventional learning approaches, and conduct sales conversations to demonstrate the business value of go
FLUENT to an organization. - You''ll develop compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI for go
FLUENT solutions. - You''ll build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and
- makers at your most important customers. - Partner with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to successfully close potential deals.
- Attend trade shows and events.
- Travel to customers in your territory to support your sales efforts.
What you need
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales. Saa
S and international experience are a plus. - You are able to build close relationships with all levels of prospects, including senior managers and executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork skills and
- motivation to succeed in a
- paced,
- oriented, and collaborative environment. - Proactive, personable, hardworking, and easily adaptable.
- Active on social media in a business context. Experience using Linked
In. - Relevant experience in training,
- learning, and staffing services is a plus. - BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German (native OR C2 Level).
