What you'll do
- Develop our market in Germany by acquiring customers, identifying
- makers, creating proposals, and conducting meetings. - Qualify and understand your customers' critical business problems, challenge conventional learning approaches, and demonstrate the business value of go
FLUENT solutions. - Develop compelling business cases showing ROI for go
FLUENT solutions. - Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and
- makers. - Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close deals.
- Attend trade shows and events.
- Travel within your territory to support sales efforts.
What you need
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience; Saa
S and international experience are pluses. - Ability to build relationships with prospects at all levels, including senior managers and executives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork,
- motivation, and adaptability in a
- oriented environment. - Proactive, personable, hardworking.
- Active on social media, especially Linked
In. - Experience in training,
- learning, staffing services is a plus. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
