Senior Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business opportunities with strategic accounts.
- Lead consultative presentations and product demos.
- Use market insights to create new revenue streams.
- Work with pre‑sales and product teams to create custom proposals.
- Manage complex negotiations with a focus on delivering value.
- Build strong relationships with many stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.
- Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including ICP definition, vertical segmentation, and market penetration plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor to product and marketing teams, aligning solution positioning and roadmap to real client needs.
- Lead land and expand motions with a long‑term, value‑based relationship approach.
- Represent the voice of the market internally to shape innovation and platform evolution.
- Manage relationships with strategic business partners, ensuring commercial alignment, enablement, and joint opportunity generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in consultative sales of complex services.
- Previous experience (at least 5 years) in B2B digital solution sales, especially in technology or marketing environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, customer experience, or e
Commerce. - Advanced English – clarity and effective communication are valued over perfect fluency.
- Advanced Spanish – ability to communicate effectively in Spanish for negotiations, meetings, and related activities.
Additional Requirements (not mandatory)
- Experience in telecom, consulting firms, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with the European and LATAM markets.
