Account Executive – Mid‑Market Role
In daily collaboration with the Business Development team, Outbound SDR, Inbound SDR, and Partnership Managers, your mission will be to generate new business by acquiring new logos. As a Mid Market Account Executive at Agicap, you will drive sales and expand our customer base within the mid‑market segment, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve your sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a sectoral development strategy with your SDRs.
- Identify and target Mid‑Market companies that could benefit from Agicap’s financial management solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Agicap’s offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within target organisations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Regularly monitor and analyse your performance with Management to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to improve processes and products.
- Share your commercial expertise and ideas to enhance the team’s performance.
Qualifications
- Native/Bilingual level in English.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Saa
S sales, preferably in the mid‑market space and with experience in finance, audit, consulting, or technology spheres. - Background from a top business or engineering school.
- Passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Tenacious, resilient, and driven by results.
- Ability to put yourself in the shoes of business leaders to understand their cash‑flow needs.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent verbal communication, and intellectual curiosity.
- Ambitious with a desire to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Strong business acumen and above‑average interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and helping colleagues grow.

Interview Process
- First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team.
- A role‑play or case study with the respective department.
- Final round with management (and sometimes C‑level decision‑maker).
Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of the stages listed above. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours.
