Finance & Administration - Senior Accountant (6-month contract)

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The key responsibilities include:

1. Review, reconcile, and clean up old General Ledger (GL) balances for accuracy and compliance.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
3. Assist with
   - end and
   - end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
4. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
5. Control
   - company flows and validate them monthly.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth process integration.
7. Support teams in proper accounting and tax compliance of operations.
8. Assist with account analysis such as goods receipt and invoice receipt.
9. Issue customer invoices and monitor customer accounts.
10. Maintain fixed asset data.
11. Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
12. Assist in preparing tax returns, including VAT, CIT, WHT, and others as applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, preferably IFRS.
• International experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
