Job Description

• Perform general accounting functions
• Receive, verify, and process payment documents and invoices
• Enter accounts payable data in SAP
• File and organize invoices
• Handle invoicing requests and prepare invoices in SAP
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in SAP
• Calculate depreciation for fixed assets
• Analyze accounts, expenses, and revenues
• Create accruals and deferrals, ensuring correct recording of expenses and revenues

The Successful Applicant

Background & Experience

• Over 3 years of experience in Accounting or Audit
• Degree in Accounting or Management

Technical Skills

• Fluent in English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• SAP experience is a plus

Interpersonal Skills

• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Efficiency and quality focus
• Good organization and communication skills

• Business acumen
• Teamwork
