Responsibilities include:

1. Customer invoicing and intercompany accounting (posting invoices, posting manual ICO recharge invoices, sending dunning letters to customers)
2. Invoice booking and sales reconciliation (daily posting of sales converters and interface invoices, resolving issues with missing invoices)
3. Bank statement booking and cash allocation (importing daily bank statements, posting, reconciliation, collecting money via direct debit, preparing unallocated cash reports, analyzing unallocated cash)
4. Month-end activities (bank statement posting, reconciliation, sales reconciliation, accruals, bad debt calculation)
5. Knowledge maintenance (updating process catalogues and proposing changes in cooperation with relevant departments)
6. Transition involvement (participating in knowledge transfer meetings, preparing AR process overview, resolving transition issues)
7. Process improvement (seeking and highlighting opportunities for activity enhancements)
8. Customer management (creating new customers, modifying existing customer details, supporting less experienced colleagues)

What we are expecting:

• Strong experience in finance, specifically within BPO/SSC in AR department
• Very good command of English (writing and speaking)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Diligence, reliability, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
