Job Description:

We are seeking a
- oriented and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the
-
- day financial operations across our group of companies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation. You will also support strategic financial decisions and, over time, lead the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team to maintain accurate,
  -
  - date financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage the
  - end and
  - end close processes.
• Support external audits and oversee tax compliance and filings.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and effective cost control.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
• Handle additional accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Professional Accounting Qualification.
• 5–6 years of accounting experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a finance/accounting team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills, with fluency in English (mandatory, this role is only English-based).
