Senior Accountant

Join us as a Senior Accountant in our Porto Office, ideally with experience in a
- growth environment. Our goal is to build the best Finance team in healthcare.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of accounting activities according to Group Policies.
- Support
- end and
- end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. - Handle core accounting areas such as leases,
- company transactions, fixed assets, and capitalized software. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform timely reconciliations for key accounts monthly.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, organizing documents and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports and information.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards.
- Perform other duties and support junior staff as needed.
What you need to have:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with
- end/year-end close in
- national,
- currency frameworks. - Knowledge of local GAAP, US/IFRS is a plus, with strong financial analysis skills.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Net
Suite preferred). - Ability to handle tasks independently and organize work efficiently.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder
- building ability. - Endurance and flexibility in
- solving. - Ownership of responsibilities and proactive learning.
- High attention to detail, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Over 4 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Curious, enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.

Salary range: €37, 405 - €50, 341 per year, including base, variable, and equity components. Compensation is flexible based on skills and impact. Note that work permits may be required for
- passport holders of the country.
