Join us as a Senior Accountant in our Porto Office, ideally with experience in a
- growth environment. Our goal is to build the best Finance team in healthcare.

What you will be doing:

1. Ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of accounting activities according to Group Policies.
2. Support
   - end and
   - end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
3. Handle core accounting areas such as leases,
   - company transactions, fixed assets, and capitalized software.
4. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Perform timely reconciliations for key accounts monthly.
6. Provide administrative support to the finance team, organizing documents and responding to inquiries.
7. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
8. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems.
9. Provide accurate and timely financial reports and information.
10. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards.
11. Perform other duties and support junior staff as needed.

What you need to have:

1. University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2. Experience with
   - end/year-end close in
   - national,
   - currency frameworks.
3. Knowledge of local GAAP, US/IFRS is a plus, with strong financial analysis skills.
4. Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Net
   Suite preferred).
5. Ability to handle tasks independently and organize work efficiently.
6. Good communication skills and stakeholder
   - building ability.
7. Endurance and flexibility in
   - solving.
8. Ownership of responsibilities and proactive learning.
9. High attention to detail, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
10. Over 4 years of relevant experience.
11. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
12. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary range: €37, 405 - €50, 341 per year, including base, variable, and equity components. Compensation is flexible based on skills and impact. Note that work permits may be required for
- passport holders of the country.
