Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Senior Accountant for a six months' contract, who will have the following responsibilities:

• Review, reconcile, and clean up old General Ledger (GL) balances to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Assist with
  - end and
  - end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• Control the
  - company flows and perform the necessary validation on a monthly basis
• Liaise with the other departments to ensure a smooth incorporation of the process and business
• Support other teams in the correct accounting and tax framework of operation
• Support for account analysis “Goods receipt/Invoices receipt”
• Issuance of customer invoices and monitoring of customer accounts
• Maintaining of fixed asset data
• Support external audits by preparing relevant documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
• Support on the preparation of tax returns VAT, CIT, WHT & others applicable

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or
  - related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting
• Accounting knowledge (preferably International Financial Reporting Standards – IFRS)
• International experience will be a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, with MS Excel and MS Word
• English proficiency (mandatory)
