The Role: As a Tax Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming compliance practices by:
- Leading Strategic Implementation: Structure and lead the implementation of the Pillar 2 compliance project through dedicated workstreams;



- Innovative Project Design: Develop and execute pilot projects to foster a
- on learning environment;



- Empowering Leadership: Oversee and support your team, ensuring timely,
- quality outcomes;



- Effective Communication: Organize and lead regular meetings, monitoring progress and tackling challenges

- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and contribute to defining training scope and content for optimal team performance;



- Deadline Management: Track progress and maintain alignment with countries identified as early adopters, ensuring strategic readiness;



- Process Optimization: Drive automation initiatives to streamline Pillar 2 processes, enhancing efficiency. Your Profile- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting, Taxation, or related fields;



- Experience: Over 6 years in relevant roles;



- Proactive Mindset: Critical thinking, autonomy, and proactive responsibility are essential;



- Global Communication Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory);



- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing teams effectively;
