The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate partnerships and performance channels. In this role, you won’t just manage accounts—you’ll be a driving force in expanding our international footprint, scaling performing partnerships, and shaping affiliate strategy across markets. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a paced environment, has a proven track record in affiliate marketing, and is ready to step into a leadership role with significant responsibility and impact.

What you’ll do

• Own & Scale Partnerships: Build, lead, and expand relationships with tier affiliates, networks, and traffic partners worldwide.
• Strategic Growth: Identify, negotiate, and onboard super affiliates and premium publishers to scale volumes, conversions, and ROI.
• Account Leadership: Oversee campaign setup, monitoring, and performance management across multiple verticals and GEOs.
• Data & Reporting: Monitor publisher traffic and ROI against KPIs and budgets, and deliver actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our advertising, tech, creative, sales, and finance teams to drive results.
• Industry Presence: Represent The Fit Co. at international affiliate conferences (Bangkok, Las Vegas, Dubai, Budapest, New York, Ibiza, etc. ) to grow our brand and partnerships.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing or online advertising with a proven track record of scaling accounts and driving ROI.
• Commercial Edge: Strong negotiation skills and confidence in building profitable,
  - term partnerships.
• Analytical Mindset: Solid financial acumen and the ability to translate data into action using tools like Google Data Studio and Excel.
• Leadership Potential: Able to mentor junior team members and grow into a leadership/management role quickly.
• Driven Personality: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong plus.
