About the Role:

As a Senior Agent, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting our business operations. This role requires adaptability,
- solving, and a
- first mindset. You will work
- site at our Lisbon location and operate on a rotating shift schedule to ensure efficient team coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide
  - notch customer service and support tailored to our clients' needs.
• Handle complex inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver detailed reports when required.
• Train and mentor junior agents to ensure service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the electrodomestics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work on rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, if you also speak English and Spanish it's a plus!
