What you will be doing:

• Lead and support
  - scale SAFe implementations across multiple business units and legal entities;
• Launch and sustain Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating key SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos;
• Drive Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), ensuring alignment between strategy, funding, execution, and delivery;
• Act as a key contributor to
  - scale business and cultural transformation initiatives, aligning organisational objectives with agile delivery models;
• Coach and advise executives, senior leadership, and delivery teams on SAFe principles, practices, and mindset;
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and
  - scale agile events to support adoption and maturity growth;
• Work effectively within heterogeneous agile maturity environments and across multiple entities;
• Monitor and improve agile performance using relevant metrics (predictability, flow efficiency, portfolio visibility);
• Promote continuous improvement and contribute to innovation topics such as AI usage in agile delivery and sustainability (Green IT / RSE).

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience implementing SAFe at enterprise scale , including launching and running Agile Release Trains (ARTs) ;
• Hands-on facilitation of PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt , and other SAFe ceremonies;
• Strong expertise in Lean Portfolio Management , portfolio governance, and alignment between strategy and execution;
• Proven leadership in large-scale agile and cultural transformation , with the ability to coach and influence executives, senior management, and delivery teams;
• Experience working in multi-entity environments with heterogeneous agile maturity levels;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems , or a related field;
• SAFe Practitioner Consultant (SPC or A-SPC) certification (mandatory);
• Additional SAFe certifications such as RTE, POPM, or LPM are a strong plus;
• Experience facilitating workshops,
  - scale agile events, and driving continuous improvement using agile metrics and portfolio tools (e. g. Triskell );
• Exposure to innovation topics such as AI in agile delivery and Green IT / RSE practices is an advantage;
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with high resilience and adaptability in complex environments;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a change agent and manage resistance effectively;
• Fluent English (C1) required; French (B1 or higher) is a plus.
