NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of an EU-funded project titled:

Support to align Ukrainian legislation, policies, and institutions with EU acquis in agriculture and rural development (IPRSA III). We are seeking experts to support the core team during project implementation.

The overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to a resilient, inclusive, sustainable, and competitive
- oriented agricultural sector that ensures fair rural incomes, investment capacity, and environmental respect.

Duration:

The project is expected to start no later than 1 September 2025, with a contract duration of 40 months.

Qualifications and skills:

• At least a Master's Degree (or equivalent) in agriculture, agricultural economics, or a related discipline, or a bachelor’s degree plus four years of relevant professional experience;
  
  
  
  in absence of a relevant degree, eight years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English skills at level C1 (understanding, speaking, writing). Skills in Ukrainian or Russian at least B2 will be an asset.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience related to policy definition or implementation, development programs, legislation, institutional reform, or sectoral support in agriculture or rural development.
• At least 3 years of experience at the decentralized government level supporting strategy assessment, consultation, development, implementation, and monitoring in agriculture or rural sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting agricultural extension/ advisory systems, FA/SDN, or Geographical Indications (GIs) development.
• Recent experience (within the past 10 years) in implementing technical assistance projects (minimum 12 months each) supporting EU acquis in agriculture, rural development, fisheries, or aquaculture sectors in EU candidate countries or EU Member States.
