Emagine is currently seeking a Senior AI Data Engineer (Microsoft Fabric & Azure) to join a
- term, fully remote project.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure data pipelines and lakehouse architectures within an agile environment, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and modern AI/ML engineering practices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse, One
  Lake).
• Develop robust ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Functions.
• Implement and optimize Delta Lake architectures for structured and unstructured data.
• Build reusable data products to support analytics, AI, and ML workloads.
• Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize AI/ML models using Azure Machine Learning, Fabric Data Science, or Databricks.
• Prepare and
  - engineer datasets tailored for AI workloads.
• Automate MLOps workflows, including model deployment, monitoring, and pipeline orchestration.
• Implement data quality frameworks, observability, monitoring, and lineage using Fabric and Azure Purview.
• Ensure compliance with governance, data privacy, and security standards.
• Apply CI/CD best practices and maintain version control using Azure Dev
  Ops or Git
  Hub.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and domain experts to deliver
  - value data solutions.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, data models, pipelines, and best practices.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong
  - on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Pipelines).
• Expert-level experience with Azure Data Services:

1) Azure Data Factory

2) Azure Databricks / Spark

3) Azure Synapse / SQL Pools

4) Azure Storage (ADLS Gen2)

5) Azure Functions

6) Azure Machine Learning

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building lakehouse architectures and Delta Lake pipelines.
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops/MLOps practices (version control, testing, automated deployment).
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks using Azure Purview or Fabric governance.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (C1).

Assignment details:

• Work model: 100% remote
• Mission duration: 12 months
