Profile Overview

Join as a Senior AI Engineer to design, evaluate, and ship AI that powers products used by hundreds of thousands of users across our portfolio. This is an
-
- end role: you will collaborate with product and brand teams to translate user needs and data into solution designs, plan and run experiments with clear success metrics, and deliver reliable systems to production with support from our Dev
Ops engineers.

You will work across conventional ML and modern Gen
AI/LLMs, selecting the right approach for each problem while caring deeply about data quality, rigorous evaluation, and responsible use. Beyond individual projects, you will help build reusable AI capabilities - services, libraries, and patterns - that scale across brands and accelerate future work.

Your immediate impact in the first 3 months will be:

• Ship a real feature - scope with product partners, prototype quickly, run tight evaluations, and deliver at least one production AI solution for a brand, partnering with our Dev
  Ops team for deployment.
• Make it repeatable - extract a reusable template from that project - service skeleton, simple data pipelines, eval harness, prompt and model versioning - so the next build is faster.
• Tell the story - create an internal case study and demo - problem, approach, results, lessons - to inspire and educate teams across on the power of AI.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver
  -
  - end AI solutions - from exploring opportunities, to designing architectures, running experiments, and supporting deployment with Dev
  Ops engineers.
• Build
  - grade software in Python (APIs, mostly Fast
  API) and develop simple data pipelines that make AI solutions reliable and scalable in production.
• Work across Gen
  AI and conventional ML - choosing the right methods for each problem, ensuring solutions are
  - evaluated, pragmatic, and impactful.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities - services, libraries, and best practices that scale across multiple brands and accelerate future development.
• Collaborate closely with AI teammates - sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and mentoring junior colleagues to raise the overall level of the team.
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly - creating POCs that explore new approaches, which the team can then harden for
  - term use.
• Uphold quality and best practices - writing clean,
  - documented code and ensuring peer reviews maintain high engineering standards.

What You bring to the table

• Proven
  -
  - end delivery - you have shipped AI features to production and owned the lifecycle from problem framing to
  - launch iteration.
• Strong Python engineering - 5+ years building production software, with APIs (mostly Fast
  API), testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Applied AI expertise -
  - on with conventional ML and Gen
  AI/LLMs; experience integrating multiple LLM providers, working with vector databases, and using frameworks like Lang
  Chain.
• Data & evaluation competence - solid SQL skills, ability to build simple pipelines, define success metrics, design experiments, and make decisions from results.
• Production readiness - Docker fluency, CI/CD awareness, logging and monitoring basics, and good habits for versioning prompts, models, and datasets.
• Collaboration and leadership in practice - clear communication with stakeholders, thoughtful documentation, and willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
