Overview

Senior AI/ML Data Scientist responsible for designing, developing and deploying AI models and algorithms, collaborating with
- functional teams, and ensuring models are explainable, compliant with data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with
  - functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions
• Designing, developing and deploying AI models and algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features and insights for model training
• Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy
• Implement and optimize AI/ML models for scalability, efficiency, and
  - time inference
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness, reliability, and generalization
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their applicability to our projects
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Ensure models are explainable, auditable, and aligned with data privacy and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or related role
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models and generative AI models in production environments
• Experience in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python
• Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks, such as Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch,
  - learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services including generative AI technologies
• Strong analytical mindset, structured
  - solving skills, and a
  - thinking approach
• Great communication skills in English, both written and spoken
