We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner / Project Manager to drive the development of innovative AI solutions for our
- chip clients. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable product features while ensuring timely delivery. You will orchestrate the entire product lifecycle, from vision and concept to development and deployment, maintaining a strategic product focus while managing critical project milestones.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI solutions based on research and stakeholder needs.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Make strategic decisions about product features, functionality, and prioritization based on business value and technical constraints.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable value.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders,
  - users, and technical implementation teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to elicit and clarify requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Communicate product decisions,
  - offs, and progress to stakeholders effectively.

Project Management:

• Lead
  - functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and business analysts.
• Define and track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure
  - time delivery.
• Monitor project progress and report status to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with exposure to AI/ML products.
• Proven experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications for AI systems.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and their practical applications.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc. ) with experience leading agile teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with a
  - driven
  - making approach.
• Project management experience, including timeline development, resource allocation, and risk management.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
